1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund only under the following conditions:

a. Damaged Product Received

If the product arrives damaged, broken, or leaked.

b. Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive an item different from what you ordered.

c. Missing Item in Order

If one or more items are missing from your package.

Mandatory Requirement:
To process any refund request, you must provide a clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.


2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds cannot be issued for the following:

  • Used or opened puja items

  • Incense sticks, dhoop cones, essential oils once opened

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Orders marked “Delivered” but claimed without evidence


3. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • The product must be returned in unused and original condition.

  • Once we receive and verify the returned item, your refund will be processed.

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method or store wallet.

Refund Time:
5–7 working days (bank processing may vary).


4. Order Cancellation Refund

You can cancel your order only before it is packed or shipped.
After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.

Approved cancellations will be refunded within 3–5 working days.


5. Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, you may choose replacement, subject to product availability.
Replacement is provided only for:

  • Defective items

  • Wrong items

  • Damaged products


6. When Refund May Be Denied

Your refund request may be rejected if:

  • Unboxing video is not provided

  • Product is used or tampered

  • Customer fails to return the item

  • Request is raised after 48 hours of delivery

  • Mismatch between returned item and original order
